Objectives
To bring 30 influencers at a media influencer event on March 7 to cover and bring attention to the sale.
To generate 30 consigner profiles for Little Bird Lane’s social media platforms by April 20.
Strengths:
Large following already exists
Positive social media presence with many followers
Branding is inviting and matches the theme for kids clothing
Opportunity
Use of local businesses and community members to promote sale
There is already a relationship with local media for event promotion
Weakness:
Website does not offer background information
Social media posting outside of sale season is weak

Publics
Our key public is parents of young children in the Lafayette area that have no previous knowledge of Little Bird Lane sales. Since the event is already so large, we are looking to target those who are not acquainted with the event.
